Can’t change region.
I want to change my ID country/region but I can’t beacuse it is said that I have a balance in my credit account. So I want to to make it to zero balance. Please help.

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method from the current region for the extra amount; if you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
