Dear Sir or Madam,

REFERENCE: Apple - Apple mini 11 apple i phone

I purchased a Apple mini 11 apple i phone from Apple. At the point of purchase I paid £600.00.

It developed a fault which stated that there was something wrong with the battery. When we took it to store they said it was no fault of ours but that to repair would cost over £300.00.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 makes it an implied term of the contract I have with Apple that goods be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

As you are in breach of contract and I've owned the product between 6 months and 6 years, I am within my statutory rights to ask for it to be replaced.

I await confirmation that you will provide the remedy set out above within 14 days of the date of this letter.

Yours faithfully,

Veronica Mcnicol

We need to let you know that you are not speaking to Apple here. This is a user-to-user site. We are all users here.....just like you. This was clearly explained in the Terms of Use Agreement which you signed for this site.

Apple is not here. They will not see your post here and will not answer here.

Better yet, visit an Apple Store if you have one in your area and ask to speak to the Service Manager.

You are NOT writing anyone from Apple. This is a user to user only forum, which Apple doesn't participate.

There is no such model iPhone as iPhone 11 Mini. But iPhone 11 was released in 2019, which is now at least 5 years ago.

Batteries are consumable parts and whatever reference you are making to some consumer rights act, could not and would not apply to batteries, which are consumable parts and they wear out as ALL BATTERIES do.

Regardless, we are just users here and we can't help you. If you want to speak with Apple, use the Support button at the bottom of this page.
