Can purchased shows from apple tv+ be accessed on itunes after subscription expires?

Hi...wondering if I purchase shows/movies from apple tv+, what is the best way to access them on my pc (not mac) after my subscription expires? I have downloaded itunes on my pc and i also have it on my ipad. Will I be able to access my purchased content on itunes from either one of them after my subscription expires? I wouldn't want to spend the money and then not have access. Not really very familiar with itunes. Thanks for any suggestions!

Your Apple TV+ subscription should be a flat fee for any content made available at the time through the service. When you terminate the subscription you lose access to all of that content. Media purchased from the iTunes Store is available to stream or redownload on demand, subject to continued availability in the store. Purchases can be played with the TV app on iOS devices and with the iTunes app in Windows, or potentially the new Apple TV preview app that is supposed to replace it at some point when it is ready. (I don't think it is ready yet and suggest you stick to iTunes for now.)
