Dark/black icons on lock screen

whenever I choose to use a wallpaper with ligher colors the icons such as camera and flashlight icons become dark/black, can I change It?

Yes, dark mode is on but my icons have not had black backgrounds before this update. Yes, the black backgrounds go away if I change to light mode but I prefer dark mode. I would appreciate any ideas. Black line on wallpaper There’s a black line on my wallpaper and I do not know how to get rid of it. I tried restarting but it didn’t go away. This line also seems to get blurred when I go to my App Library. Please help

I don't believe you can change them. If you chose a dark lock screen wallpaper, they would be adjusted to accommodate the background they're up against.
