My phone will not allow me to update my current payment method with my new card expiration date and security code. I attempted to load the new card as a new card and it also will not allow me to load it as a new card. Do have any recommendations?

In settings I attempted to add the new card as a new card first and it told me I already have the card set up. My new card has the same Visa account number but it has a new expiration date and security code. I then attempted to delete the old card with the old expiration date and security code and it would not allow me to remove the card because I had 2 active subscriptions. I removed both subscriptions and it still would not let me remove the payment method.
