From the Finder>Go>Go to Folder> Copy and paste:
/Library/Application Support/
Seems a deprecated folder ? at least on my Intel Mac. My interpretation would be to delete the /ApplePushService folder and try again or try adding it to the TM>Options block list "Exclude from Backup"
I can say the "/Library/Application Support/ApplePushService" folder does not give my TM backup any issues being present on my Sonoma 14.3
