Apple support can't fix the issue. How can I delete my Apple biz profile?

My business is located in Lafayette, Colorado. The original location my business was in for nine years is in Silverthorne, Colorado - 2 hours away.

If you google my biz, it will appear under the new address and will show you directions to the new address. If you have an Apple product, it might show up with the new or the old address. The point is, if you click on directions, it will bring you to the old location.

Furthermore, it will show under 'massage near me' at the old location but not under the new address.

We filed so many reports with Apple. Friends and clients filed reports. I emailed Apple Business Connection, who assured me that it is working now, and it is not.

At this point, I am so frustrated that I would like to delete this map profile entirely from Apple. I lost so much money because of this. For four years now, I have considered taking legal action for all my lost money. I saw many business owners with the same or similar issues struggling for a long time without Apple's help. Maybe we should collaborate to demand answers.
