I paid for a 6 month HAYU Subscription through Apple. After a couple of month the subscription have stopped working and it should still run till may. HAYU say they haven’t had the money from apple and I can’t seem to get any help from apple getting a refund as it was more than 14 days ago

I'm not sure what 14 days has to do with this. You should be able to see things you've purchased for the last 90 days.
