Vision Pro :: Non-working feature :: Accessibility -> Interaction -> Sound Actions :: How to fix?

I am following this doc:

Control Apple Vision Pro by making sounds - Apple Support

It isn’t working.

I practiced the “cluck” sound using the option at the top of the Accessibility -> Interaction -> Sound Actions screen and found that I could make the “cluck” sound the most reliably/unambiguously.

I tried assigning the “cluck” sound to invoke the Recenter Apps action.

It did not work. So I tried more obvious actions, Home, and Notification Center. None of the actions work.

I also tried shutdown / restarting the Vision Pro after assigning the action to the “cluck” sound. It did not help.

Any suggestions?
