So today, I was cleaning my MacBook pro screen and keyboard with a slightly wet towel, but like 10 - 15 minutes later when I turn it on the screen was flickering every once in a while from bright to not so bright, and there is some bright sports or highlights at the bottom of the screen, how do I fix this, also if your wondering by MacBook pro is still fully functional its just that that I hate the screen flickering

Slightly damp is more the order of the day.... any amount liquid can damage electronics.
