How to reactivate my banned iCloud
My iCloud of iOS xs was banned and since then I have not been able to update my apps please I want it unbanned

Banned or disabled? If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support.
