Picture quality is poor on Apple TV

I have wireless Xfinity cable and Peacock and picture quality is great - tried HD. I also have Apple TV which is up to date however when I stream Peacock or Xfinity via Apple TV the picture quality is poor. My WiFi signal is strong. Any way ideas?

Any ideas how to solve this issue? Its most obvious when watching sports- soccer,

rugby etc…..

I have tried on firestick 4K, Apple TV 4K, native Panasonic tv app and on all it takes an age to load, then plays really blurry and if I’m lucky may get up to HD/4K quality for a while before it buffers. It’s really frustrating. I have all the usual ie Netflix, Prime, Disney and all of those work without fault and stream perfectly. Apple TV+ is unusable due to buffering issues Attempting to watch anything on Apple TV + is an exercise in frustration. WHEN a show will load, the picture quality is noticeably poor. It is rare to go longer than 10 minutes without the feed stopping to buffer. But lots of times I try to start watching something and the buffering begins right away, lasting so long that I decide to do something else. This happens on both of my Apple TV 4Ks, and on my Mac mini with an M4 chip, and on my iPhone 12. Every other streaming app works perfectly- YouTube, Hulu, Max, Tubi, whatever. My devices and apps are fully up to date. I have 1 Gb internet service and no issues on that front.

Apple TV videos not loading on my LG TV Difficulty watching Apple TV shows on new LG TV. Message says unable to load video check internet connection and try again. Internet is connected and working, all other streaming services working. Apple TV app updated, still having same issue. This is annoying, we are paying for Apple subscription, after much messing around we can watch an episode only to have the same issue when trying to watch the following episode... can anyone help please?
