How to enable call waiting on my iPhone?

Hi, i need to know why iPhone doesn't show call waiting?

example:

If i am calling my friend A and he is talking with someone over the phone, why my iPhone didn't show my call in in waiting?

else phones like Nokia, Samsung and other shows?
