how do i undo a command on terminal "sudo pmset -a disablesleep 0."

I ran this command on terminal mac so that I could close my mac lid but still listen to music. I was told it disables sleep mode so that it is still running even though I close the lid. But I don't know how to undo it, need help.

Sleep keyboard shortcut doesn't work on M2 w/touchid Hello helpful people - Command-Option-Power no longer seems to work to sleep the computer on the Air M2 with touch id, Mac OS 12.6. Instead it goes into the lock screen (despite having disabled password requirement in System Prefs, why?). If I then hit escape, the display will turn off and it will sleep. But I'd just like to hit one key shortcut and sleep it w/display off. Any help appreciated JH

The easiest way to undo whatever you did might be to reset NVRAM: Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

man pmset shows all the available options.
