How to remove spyware on my iPhone?

Someone had my Apple ID password and installed spyware to watch my keystrokes and social media

Hmm, change your Apple ID password immediately:

If you think your Apple ID has been compromised

You may also consider a factory reset:

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings

Good luck.
