I have multiple saved fcxp libraries on my hard drive that I would like to move to an external drive without losing data. Is there a way to move all saved libraries in bulk to an external drive without going one by one?

It depends where they are. If they’re all in one place you can select them all, like any other documents, and drag them to the other drive.

Before you take to copying the libraries, take care to recover a LOT of space simply by deleting generated files.
Open FCP. Select one of the libraries in the browser sidebar.
Go to File->Delete Generated Library Files...
and check EVERYTHING - including All render files.
Let it do its thing, then quit FCP.
How much free space do you have now? Hundreds of GB, perhaps?
Note: these are GENERATED files, there is no problem in deleting them. They can later be generated again, if necessary (but it won't be!).

You should not move the libraries, you should copy them. Moving, especially on a full drive, risks failure. If the copy function fails, you still have the original.
How big is the drive? How much free space? If there's limited space, copy one library at a time. You should never let a drive get below a minimum of 15% free space. 20 is better.
Q1: Is the media copied into the library?
Q2: If it's outside the library, where is it stored?
They are stored on the imac hard drive default location, however the disk is now full.
All files are stored on the imac in the defaut location. The disk is now full so i would like to move everything to the external drive without losing data and or missing clips
