Issues with Ethernet connection Macbook Air M2 2022

If I connect my macbook to ethernet cable coming from Huawei MESH box it works. Huawei MESH is connected with cable to my house network.
If I connect same macbook with same Belkin adapter directly to my house network (for example same cable and same port that connects the MESH box) there is no connection.
If I would connect any other device (fx PLaysation 5) to the same cable and same port it works.

Question is: why does my macbook not connect directly with ethernet cable network but only with MESH box in between? How can this be fixed?

It was actually the MESH boxes that messed up the TCP/IP settings of the macbook When I deleted belgin from macbook, restarted it and also the main router of my house and opened them up again, it worked.
