Two-fingered scrolling no longer works on iPad pro.

Two-fingered smooth scrolling no longer works. Flicking with two fingers still scrolls the screen. I need precise scrolling to continue SW development on the iPad. This issue has been noted multiple times in the past. Re-booting and removing other keyboards does not solve the problem.

New IPad Magic Keyboard scrolling function lagging issue. Just got myself a Magic Keyboard for my iPad Air 5th generation today. The keyboard is wonderful and all function working just fine except for the 2 fingers scrolling. It somehow it will appear either laggy or no respond and i have to hover the pointer to the scroll bar, click and drag and it will work fine with the fingers scrolling function. This is somewhat very annoying and is this consider a defect from apple? I expect more for this keyboard when i had to pay for RM1.5k

Strange bug using the logitech combo touch trackpad Hello everyone I have an 7th gen iPad and a Logitech Combo Touch that before i updated my OS to iOS 16 worked just fine. Since i updated the OS, to iOS 16, something strange happened. While the navigation with the trackpad works fine in all the apps, even apple’s ones, scrolling and gestures works as intended to be, in the main page is all inverted. And i don’t know why. Basically, to navigate to the next page i have to scroll up or down, and not left or right as it should be, even the gestures are messed up. And this issues is present only in “desktop”, in fact in all the apps scrolling works as intended to be. I tried some troubleshooting but it seems that it randomly fixes and when the battery is not full. Has everyone of you encountered this problems? Thanks for the replies

iPadOS 17 Scrolling Direction Wrong with Trackpad on Desktop Since upgrading to iPadOS 17 the scrolling direction is wrong when using the track pad on my Logitech Combo Touch. Yeah I know it’s not an Apple Keyboard but it’s been working fine for the last 3 years until this upgrade. Scrolling works correctly in apps. But when I try to scroll on the desktop, scrolling up actually makes the screen scroll left and scrolling down makes the screen scroll right. When I close an app, I need to swipe right and not up. Anyone else experience this?

Assuming that you are using the iPad screen for input, you simply touch the screen and scroll with a single-finger - as documented within the iPad User Guide. Two-finger screen gestures are used for purposes other than scrolling:

If instead you are using an Apple Magic Trackpad accessory with your iPad, this input method does use two-finger scrolling gestures:
