Private Access for photos for Instagram app

For some reason, I cannot unlock Private Access settings for photos to be able to upload/share photos from my iphone to Instagram. Any idea on how to fix this?

No option to give app access to photos When I got my new phone (iPhone 16 pro) after a little while of having it, most of my apps especially Instagram is not giving me the option to give access of my photos. Private Access in settings for Instagram/Snapchat/Tik Tok For me to share a photo on instagram (using messages/stories/post) it says I need to enable photo access but when I got to settings it says “Private Access” and I cannot change it and I’ve updated Instagram. While with Tik Tok and Snapchat it doesn’t show the camera accessibility. And I’ve gone to Privacy and Security of Camera and it shows app clips but there are no apps that have requested it. And when I go to the privacy and security of photos it shows Instagram YouTube and safari but with the same Private Access and I can’t change it.

iOS 17.4.1 not allowing Meta to access photos I just updated to iOS 17.4.1 and I can no longer download or upload photos to/from Facebook or Instagram. It tells me to go to my settings to allow access, but when I open Settings there is no photo access option to select. When I go to either Facebook or Instagram in Settings, I have the option of altering settings for Location, Local Network, Siri & Search, Notifications, Background App Refresh, and Cellular Data, but nothing for photo access. When I go to Privacy & Security and click the Photos link, it does not give me any options to allow access for Facebook or Instagram. How do I enable access with this new iOS update?
