Scheduled Scan pop up issue

I keep getting a pop up every few minutes that says " Scheduled scan" and it gives me an option to scan or delay it. I keep pressing delay or cancel but it keeps popping up. How do I stop it or Get rid of it? I have attached a screen shot

I also cannot delete trend micro web security because it says I don't have permission. I don't know if this is the app that is forcing me to do these scans.
