I have a problem with irritating pop-up for “load02.biz”

i have a problem with an annoying popup 
that keeps coming up on the screen any time
 it says "unable to verify the 
application 'load02.biz'".
 it won't let me click to delete it, 
only click "cancel" to leave the screen 
temporarily. what should i do?
