How to pair Apple Watch with a new iPhone?

I am having issues pairing my iWatch with my new iPhone, have followed all the instructions. I need assistance in setting up an appointment at the Boise Apple store

i have follow up all steps to unpair my old phone and pair my new phone with my iwatch but nothing is happening
