iPhone 15 Pro not connecting to Bluetooth car stereo (Sony)

My iPhone 12 Pro on iOS 17 had no issues connecting to my car stereo, but I just upgraded to the 15 pro (currently running iOS 17.3) and I can no longer connect to my Sony car stereo via Bluetooth. The stereo no longer appears in the list of devices I can connect to. Any thoughts on what’s going on?
