I recently bought an iPad 8th gen cellular and when I set it up it already had cellular on it, I have never had Verizon or made a Verizon account though, as far as I’m aware iPads don’t have free service but I can’t find a Verizon account or subscription anywhere, I just want to make sure this is not going to charge my card without asking. Please help!

I bought it renewed from Amazon, so it’s a used tablet. Could it be running on the previous owners account?
