Apple lawsuit regarding family sharing?

I keep getting emails from some law firm about an Apple class action lawsuit about family sharing? But you can only get a check if you give them your bank information. Has anyone received these emails?

Receiving unrequested emails Greetings — over the past few days I’ve received about a dozen emails that appear to be from Apple, but I did not request any of them. I haven’t made any Apple purchases recently, including Apple TV rentals, and I don’t see any related charges on the credit card tied to my Apple account. I'm also the Family Sharing owner. The sender address shown is: no_reply@email.apple.com Is this a phishing/scam attempt, or could this be an issue on Apple’s end? See image of email. Thank you.
