MS Office 365 required an updated of macOS version 12.0, my old MacBook 2012 is using macOS big sur 11.7.10

Do I need to change the macOS Big Sur to others macOS ?

Not sure how you got macOS 11 on a MacBook Pro from 2012. That shouldn’t work.


A model from 2013 or later would work with macOS 11.


But… Your Mac is too old to be running current Office.


If you can’t upgrade to newer macOS and can’t replace the Mac, switch to an alternative, such as LibreOffice.
