Email Tracker Apps for Gmail are plentiful and received high ratings; few Apps for Apple Mail and their ratings are unsatisfactory. I already tried a paid App which didn’t report read and also reported locations that i believe is server location not email recipient location.
is using gmail the solution?

Again, what you are asking for was long ago massively abused by scammers, spammers, and ilk.
And the mechanisms used have been blocked, anonymized, removed, and prevented.
Read receipts basically don’t exist outside of organization’s own private internal mail services.
If you should find a way to track reading mail, please report it so that the mechanism can be disabled.
Scammers and spammers are the primary consumers of that, and most privacy-focused mail clients will go to some effort to block what you are seeking. Any means found to avoid these privacy defenses is subject to being thwarted, too.
I used Outlook 365 which has such features but extra hardware of 💻 is tedious not only physically but financially.

Outlook 365 Desktop provides such features at cost of my back physically and financially.
