Apple Pay is not safe !

Hi .. someone stole an amount from my bank account through 9 transactions and after checking with the bank and police they informed me that all the transactions were made through apple pay! So how did you describe your service (safe) while it’s not at all

That’s unlikely. Apple Pay doesn’t store any card details on device. It effectively cannot be hacked as it passes only encrypted tokens to your bank. It’s far more likely that your credentials to your bank are compromised and someone added your card to their device. Or, simply used the card.
