I’ve bought a new iPad Pro 6th generation and agreed to turn in my old iPad Pro and get $165 for the old one. I’ve never received the box that you were to send me is it too late?

In the trade-in procedure, generally the return package, which also contains the label to be affixed, is sent approximately 5-6 days after shipping the new device, and you have 14 days from the date of arrival of the package to ship the your old iPad.
