Whenever I click on change country or region on the google App Store I can put everything else in, but the only problem is that whenever I click on the “prefecture” it takes me back to the home page on google play store and everything is like the Japanese App Store but I can’t download anything and I’m still in United States? Please help!!

With an iPad use Apple's App Store app. Google Play is for Android devices.
I also have this problem with a Japanese store. I can’t click on it too, it sent me back to homepage that’s the Japanese store but I can’t download anything just like you. Please help! Someone!
