Apple TV won't let me play a rented move

This is about the FIFTH time this has happened and AppleCare support does no good at all. See the screenshots, they tell it all.

If you have other devices that support the Apple TV app, then stop any playback there, quit the app there, or maybe even shut down those devices for a while. It may take a few minutes for the back-end remote servers to know about these changes. Then try again.

If unsure, see on which devices you are signed in with your Apple ID account. Check your Apple ID device list to find where you're signed in - Apple Support

If the issue persist after that, then you will have to contact Apple Support about it (again).

and AppleCare support does no good

Ask for a different advisor or supervisor if the first contact couldn’t assist. That being said, renting is for watching on one device at a time only, and no amount of support contact will change that.

It should help if you do the renting on the same device as where you watch it. If you do the renting on the different device, then select Watch Later at the completion of the process, so that you never watched it on this different device.
