Which version of whatsapp should I use for an iPad 9 running iOS 17.3?

I'm confused by the choices for whatsapp available on the App store – they don't look like they're the same apps that are running on my iphone and iMac (these have a telephone handset inside a talk bubble as an icon).

To contrast, the download available at whatsapp.com seems to be what I'm looking for. Is it possible to dowload the app with a browser and install it on the iPad? I just need the standard version as I only use it for private conversations with one family member.

Any adivce on which version I should downlaod would be appreciated. Thanks.
