What is this Keyboard Data (Chinese & Japanese) app? in icloud backup management?

There is an "app" that is included in the list of backup items for iCloud that is located: on ios devices

Settings » Apple iD Account (name) » iCloud » iCloud Storage Management » Backups

It has an icon of an app that is missing... Im only able to temporarily remove this by deselecting it, however it will just come back next time i open the backups setting. What is most concerning to me is that I have only ever had english as my system language. I thought maybe it could have something to do with the translate app since it does deal with translating from Chinese/Japanese to english, however removing the translation app doesn't have an effect. in fear of being attacked for inferring what could be the cause i will turn it over to y'all... Id love to know what this "apps" purpose is and get some sort of apple documentation (i.e. official validation) that at the very least acknowledges the existence of the issue. So far all i can find is what appears to be fake posts from reddit and this site...

thank you

(i mean no disrespect to anyone of Japanese/Chinese origin, this is strictly trying to figure out what this mystery "app" is all about)

then why doesnt everyone have this issue? On March 6th, 2021 you posted a similar question which was answered by soham84 (level 1 • 38pts) (to which the answer was bogus) and your satisfied with the response you got?

This was the response you got from soham84: "I know there is plenty of questions are floating around in internet about this topic since so long. And I too had the same question, what is this "keyboard data (Chinese & Japanese)", is it any kind of malware or any type of spying app that present in the backup section of iCloud.

Fortunately I had also contacted to apple support about this few days back and they had cleared all of my doubts.

This is their own apple app which keeps keyboard data that could be used for better suggestions in keyboard. As apple has native support of Chinese and Japanese languages too, this bracketed words (Chinese and Japanese) are the indications of this only. There is no another meaning of this. Thats all I have got from the support team. Hope this could clear all the doubts that are floating around "

Maybe if i used the Chinese or Japanese keyboards i might buy this explanation... however i do not. This still doesn't answer why there is no documentation regarding this, or why only some users (and it seems a small % at that...) are experiencing this, or why deselecting this "app" from iCloud Backup doesn't disable it, or why the icon for this "app" is the same icon used for a missing app. Given how privacy conscious etc.. apple is i find it hard to believe that they [apple] would make something, as soham84 describes it to be, visible via the Ui when the user has no control over it nor any information regarding it.. TBH this is sketchy. (twilight zone vibes lol)
