Have a new Windows 11 computer using iTunes 12.13.13. My iPod does not come up in iTunes on this computer. it works fine on my previous computer which I still have. Under Device Manager I do see the Apple Driver load when when I connect the iPod.
What else can I look at or do?
This has been an extremely frustrating process to get my iTunes to work as it did on the previous computer.

I uninstalled iTunes and reinstalled. It seems to work now.
Sorry to hear that, it really does get annoying : but it’s a few surface level options you can try, of course make sure the usb cord is an apple cord, try signing out of the old computer iTunes: then on the new computer uninstall the apple iTunes driver and reinstall it make sure that it’s no old iTunes driver on the new computer sometimes if u restored any old info from clouds to the new desktop it will restore old iTunes drivers as well and that will prevent the software working properly so delete all iTunes drivers on the new desktop and reinstall it . And be sure that your actually downloading ITunes software and not the ITunes App on ur desktop windows 11. It’s more effective using the iTunes software and the new windows will automatically revert to a iTunes windows App

Pretty much tried all the above. My old computer is right next to the new one. Old one works fine. Unplug from old one plug into new one. I can File Explore to it and the computer sees it and loads the exact same driver as the old computer does.
Apple iPod Driver loads when iPod is plugged in just like the old computer
Cable is fine
Driver is the same version
iTunes is the same version
Services are set to Automatic and I did restart them
Can't find any difference between the old computer and the new computer
