I am assuming that you are referring to this 👉 About the USB-C to Lightning Adapter cable. That cable is not an audio/video cable. It is actually an adapter that converts a USB-C port to a Lightning port.

Which iPhone do you have? Which iOS version is installed on it? What exactly are you attempting to accomplish?
