Viber notification not working on iphone 14 max pro

Notification not working until I enter the app. All notifiactions in settings on and in the app also. ios up to date. Made re-install of app but still not working.

Did you also force restart your iPhone?

Are you receiving notifications from other apps?

Did you already contact the developer of the app, if this might be a known issue?

Did you get notifications from this app in the past and this changed recently after an app update or after you updated iOS on your iPhone?

If all other notifications work, this rather looks like an app issue.

Yes I made a forced restart. Yes I am receving notification from emails, sms etc. Yes, I contact the developer - no answer from them.
