Is there a utility to reformat the physical memory on my ipad?

Is there a utility to reformat the physical memory on my ipad?

I have tried "erase all contents & settings" several times. I reset the ipad a few months ago to clear possible malware causing it to crash regularly. I can flush the memory or restart. Apple support & certified service centres had nothing else to offer.

LocalStorageFileProvider has invalid kernel address faults for a couple of years.

There are many jetsam errors in analytics for standard apple software. The fault affects all the apple apps: files, pages, numbers.

All folders & files disappear then come back a few minutes later or on restart.

Exported files (e.g. pdf, rtf or csv) that are replaced when I save a new version from pages or numbers, are still listed but gone when I leave & return to the folder.

The locations stay but move up & down by themselves.

Tags get corrupted. Sometimes they stay on the file after I remove them. They can reappear when I use the same name.

It does not affect adobe acrobat (ver. 21.02.00), which can still see all folders & files, even when files cannot.

I attach a screenshot, & have sample ips files but no upload function. Example of the kernel fault below.

I have an ipad mini 2, ios 12.5.7. The battery is still good, with 10 hours charge. It is fine for my simple word processing. Replacing it expensive!

The only method by which to effectively reset your device (and reformat internal storage) is to perform a factory restore - this being a process that will completely erase the iPad and install a fresh copy of the most recent version of iOS/iPadOS that is supported by your iPad:
