how can i Open an Activation Lock on MacBook Air 13” laptop if i don’t know password, passcode or screenlock information?

The action you can take will depend on the history of the device. If you purchased this from Apple or Authorized Apple seller and have the receipt, you can send them the documentation and request the lock to be removed.
