Remove beta option from Apple Watch. Downgrade.

Everyone has chapter and verse reasons why they want to remove beta or downgrade I watch iOS. I was told by Apple support on the phone that the watch needs to be sent in. It can’t even be brought into your local Apple Store?

this is what I was told. I’m looking up how to downgrade or remove beta and all I see is everyone’s story of why and not how to.
