Where are you seeing these charges?
Subscriptions being charged through Apple would not identify the specific service in the charge on your payment methods statement.
If the charges appear as "apple.com/bill" on your statement, then follow the steps in the support document you posted from to find and cancel them.
If the charges appear on your payment method with the actual names of the services, and not as "apple.com/bill" then the subscriptions were started directly with the provider and not through Apple, so cannot be cancelled from the Apple subscriptions list.
You will need to find hem and cancel them directly with the provider in those cases.
