i want to stop iCloud and iCloud+ being updated using mobile data

using Wi-Fi data is good

how do I disable mobile iCloud syncing?

Go to Settings ➜ Mobile / Cellular, scroll to the bottom of the screen and the list of apps, and turn off the iCloud Drive and iCloud Backup options there.
