Is "edumentor@mac.com" an Apple product?

Is "edumentor@mac.com" an Apple product? It has been the E-mail provider for my friend for many years, but she is now having some problems with it

Is "edumentor@mac.com" an Apple product?

My friend has been using this E-mail provider for years, but she is now having problems with it, and I'd like to help her if I can.

However, it just occurred to me that maybe it has nothing to do with Apple. Does anyone know anything about "edumentor@Mac.com"?

Edumentor is a company, but not one owned by Apple. The @mac.com is an Apple email domain, but the actual email address could belong to any person/company.

Describe the problems that they are having and we may be able to help.

@mac.com (.Mac) was an Apple email domain years ago and is still in use by some people, alongside @me.com (MobileMe) or @icloud.com (iCloud).

Any problems she’s having can be resolved the same way they would be resolved on any iCloud Mail account.
