I don't want to give out my email address to strangers that need to contact me. What are my alternatives?

You must subscribe to iCloud+ to use it; that costs 99¢ a month, and also includes 50 GB of iCloud storage and iCloud Private Relay that hides your identity when web browsing.

Use an iCloud alias:

Or, get another free email address and give that out. Or, tell them you prefer they contact you by phone or postal letter. Of course, that would mean giving out your phone number or address.

Yes. When composing a reply click on your sending email address and choose Hide my Email from the dropdown of available addresses.

Can you use Hide My email with individuals?

I don't use Mail very often as I find it annoying. But It's always good to know the options. Thanks!
