The following answer might not be all that enlightening to you, but you did ask “What is that mean?”…
It means somebody is using a DNS domain that they don’t have registered (.home), and somebody (else?) is using a self-signed digital certificate, and something is attempting access to the associated network services and is reporting the by-default-untrusted certificate.
There are reports some network boxes squatting in that domain are intercepting secure traffic, and some boxes can filter URLs which (when enabled) means either intercepting traffic or some setup steps, as well.
Contact whoever is supporting that (Huawei?) box, and ask for help.
