My iPhone's screen is green

my phone randomly turned green for a second then just turned off and now it wont turn back on but flashes green sometimes. My phone also isnt backed up, how do i fix this.

You have stated that your iPhone is not backed up. Backups have to be completed before disaster strikes. Your screen is not functional, and you will therefore not be able to create a backup file with the screen in failed status.


From your description, it appears that your iPhone has a failed display or a failing logic board. If you want to save the data that is on that iPhone X, then you will have to get the iPhone repaired and then create a backup on a computer or on iCloud so that your data is saved for future retrieval.
