App that keeps getting renewed even as I erased it from my devices

Hi. i downloaded an app just for the free trial. before the date of expiration of the free trial, i erased the app from my phone. and yet it keeps on renewing and payments keep getting deducted from me. now im afraid to load money to my online payment.

i need to know what i can do to stop the payments. i don't have the app in any of my devices anymore and yet it keeps asking to be paid. Now i cant even purchase anything.

i requested a refund pf payments taken from me. how long would it take for apple to sort this? what do i do?

First of all, try to cancel those subscriptions, as explained here:

If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

Deleting an app does not automatically cancel the subscription.

It may take up to 60 days, until you get your money back, depending on the payment method, if your request got approved by Apple:

...

When will I get the money back?

If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item. Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:

Store credit—It might take up to 48 hours to see the refund in your Apple ID balance.

Mobile phone billing—It might take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time might be affected by your carrier. You can contact your carrier for an update.

All other payment methods—It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.
