iPhone International Warranty

I've looked at forums and the consensus is that iPhones are not under international warranty. My issue is I'm currently in South Africa and will be moving to the UK within the next year. I will based in the UK but travel to Europe and South Africa quite a bit too. I want to buy a new phone, but as I will be moving to the UK I am wondering if I can purchase an international warranty or if anyone has any suggestions as to what the best move would be? I really want to buy the phone now, but I also need to be able to get the phone repaired when I move to the UK so don't really know what to do.
