I upgraded to 200GB on 17th Jan so I could get the latest iOS update. But I’ve just checked and the update didn’t happen, it said I don’t have enough storage, so I checked that and it says I’ve only
got 64GB. I’ve got the email confirmation that I’ve upgraded my storage to 200GB. Anyone know how I actually get the extra storage?

You bought iCloud storage. iCloud storage does not increase the storage on your iPhone. iPhone storage is a fixed size and cannot be increased.
