Quadriplegic patients, can use another feature other than tapping and pinch?

If you cannot tap or pinch, can you drag windows with eyes or voice or other kind of feature like raising eyebrows?

Is there any way to do this? i will really appreciate your time is this for making a better life to my friend that cannot move.

I'm not quite paraplegic because I can still use my right hand and forearm but I can't pinch so I struggled with this for awhile. I've added to my control centre the pinch function, which puts a "barbell" on the screen and enables you to Zoom in and out as well as rotate.

It may be that you can't use your fingers at all though which would make it no help at all, sorry!

It's beyond my level of competence with the phone technology to do this, but seeing as the function exists for it to be done there must be a wav of creating a custom command I would've thought.

I just popped a photo of my Control centre icons so you can see the pinch one in case it's helpful
