Quadriplegic people, can vision pro be use without tap or drag?

Hello, can this be use without tapping?

For example making a window bigger or draggin them to a certain place, can it be moved without the hand movement?

I don’t know how it is during initial set up when you have to use your hands but perhaps if you’re able to use voice control once set up? You could probably use someone else’s hands for set up but you do need your own eyes and assistance putting it on your head.
